A series of ink paintings with some final images using visual processing software. Observing and responding to the morphologies of flux, the way that process and object become indistinguishable when considered in an a-temporal context.

¬ SUMMARY
​
The techniques used to produce the images draw upon the chinese ink painting tradition. In this tradition the material properties of ink are used to recreate the patterns of natural form, this includes dehydration fracturing, diffusion reaction systems and fluid dynamics.
​
For the elements of visual processing on some images, the software was instructed to 'find the edges' of effectively edgeless images. The resulting effect produces extraordinary density of detail.
